Call-outs and defect liability close-out, and planned annual programmes for asset owners who would rather maintain a pavement than rebuild it early.
Crack sealing at the right time
Sealing while a crack is still narrow keeps water out of the pavement. Sealing after it has opened and the base is wet is a cosmetic exercise.
Renewal advice with the quote
Where patching is no longer the economical answer we say so, and price the resurfacing alongside it.
