Founded in 2023

Founded in August 2023 by three civil construction professionals with over 70 years of combined industry experience, Vulcan Infra was established with a clear purpose — to deliver asphalt and minor civil pavement solutions the right way.

We specialise in asphalt and civil pavement contracting, estimation and project management, providing comprehensive solutions for councils, head contractors, developers and asset owners.

Our expertise spans asphalt, sprayed seal and concrete pavements, from new construction and rehabilitation through to ongoing maintenance. We bring together experienced industry professionals and specialist contractors, supported by comprehensive planning, programming and project management, to deliver coordinated, high-quality outcomes.

Alongside our contracting capabilities, we provide independent client-side project management services, offering technical expertise, commercial oversight and practical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Our hands-on approach ensures the people who estimate and plan your project remain actively involved in its delivery.
